چکیده
The aim of this study is to evaluate the blood level anti-heart antibodies (AHA) and its correlation with clinical outcomes in patients severe moderate coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). included 34 (23 males; mean age 60.2 ± 16.6 years) COVID-19 pneumonia. Besides standard medical examination, AHA levels were observed, including antinuclear antibodies, antiendothelial cell anti-cardiomyocyte (AbC), anti-smooth muscle (ASMA), cardiac conducting tissue antibodies. Median hospital length stay was 14 [13; 18] days. increased 25 (73.5%) patients. Significant (p < 0.05) cardiovascular manifestations (r = 0.459) found. AbC correlated pneumonia severity 0.472), respiratory failure 0.387), need for invasive ventilation 0.469), chest pain 0.374), low QRS voltage 0.415), C-reactive protein 0.360) lactate dehydrogenase 0.360). ASMA found correlate atrial fibrillation 0.414, p 0.05). Antinuclear pericardial effusion 0.721 r 0.745, respectively, lethality rate 8.8%. significantly 0.363 0.426, prognostically important. can be considered as part systemic immune inflammatory response COVID-19. Its possible role heart requires further investigation.

متن کاملNeuronal antibodies in patients with suspected or confirmed sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease
